Post Collision Analysis

This is an investigation detailing how the incident happened along with the drivers skills to create a plan to reduce the overall risk of the incident happening again.

What are the potential consequences?

Work related road safety should be a priority for organisations for legal, reputational, financial and efficiency reasons. If one of your employees is killed, for example, while driving for work and there is evidence that serious management failures resulted in a ‘gross breach of a relevant duty of care’, your company or organisation could be at risk of being prosecuted under the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007.
