As part of Health & Safety regulations, employers are required to manage occupational road risk for their driving staff, by having policies and procedures in place to minimise risk.

From time to time, employees who do not have company cars may use their own vehicles on company-related business, such as attending client meetings or site visits and these drivers and vehicles must be included in such policies.
